Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM GMT will be shipped the same day.
Standard Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during busy periods will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or the next business day).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your tracking number will be sent via email approximately 48 hours after dispatch. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins from the day your order leaves our warehouse, not the date the order was placed.

International Shipping: Duties & Taxes

As a small business, we currently operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for international orders.

Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your local government and vary by country.
Potential Delays: Please be aware that customs processing can occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Our Commitment: While these charges are rare, we do our best to package and document shipments to minimize additional costs for our customers.

Note: We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order so there are no surprises upon delivery.
